Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the 56th Annual Gateway Farm Expo on November 19th and 20th in Kearney,Nebraska. Our volunteer-led organization is excited to showcase the latest innovative exhibitors in the agriculturalmarket.
Gateway is the longest running farm show in Nebraska. It is strategically scheduled in late November, after harvest,allowing farmers and ranchers time to have a good handle on their production and operation goals for the next year.Operators are ready to invest in technology, equipment, and operation inputs. The timing of the show creates greatsales opportunities for exhibitors!
Exhibitor registration is Tuesday, November 18th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unloading services are available toexhibitors during registration, free of charge. Please be sure to join the Gateway Farm Expo Board and volunteersfor an Exhibitor Reception on Tuesday, November 18th from 5:00 -7:00 PM in the Ag Pavilion at the Buffalo CountyFairgrounds.

Welcome to the 56th Annual Gateway Farm Expo
Exhibitor Amenities Provided at the Gateway Farm Expo:
Name Badges: Please complete the Name Badge Form located at gatewayfarmexpo.org by November 9, 2025.
Booth Furnishings: Tables and chairs are NOT included with booth purchase. An 8' table ($25) with a cover andskirt or a folding chair ($3) can be ordered. The cost of furnishings after November 14th, 2025 will be double theprice listed and may not be available.
Registration: Exhibitor registration is Tuesday, November 18th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Load & Unload Service: Gateway Farm Expo will provide a free unload and load service with forklifts and palletjacks. The forklift service is operated on a first come first served basis. Find a volunteer or stop in at the showoffice to get help headed your way. We also have pallet jacks and wagons available for self-service use. If theequipment is not in use, we try to keep it near the doors or the office - so please return it when you are finished.
Unload will be Tuesday, November 18th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Loading services will begin at 4:00 PM Thursday, November 20th. All property needs to be removed from the
Power Washing: T & T Mobile Washing will be available for equipment washing, prices will vary. You can reach T& T Mobile Washing at (308) 440-4407.
Exhibitor Reception: An Exhibitor Reception will be on Tuesday, November 18th from 5:00 -7:00 PM in the AgPavilion at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds. There will be appetizers, drinks, and networking for all Gateway FarmExpo exhibitors. Please have proper identification to receive a wristband.
Show Hours: The Expo will be open for attendees on Wednesday, November 19th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, andThursday, November 20th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All displays shall be in place by 9:00 AM Wednesday, November19th and must remain intact through 4:00 PM Thursday, November 20th.
Complimentary Breakfast: Enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
Exhibitor Hospitality Lounge: Gateway Farm Expo provides a Hospitality Lounge for all exhibitors. The loungeis in the northeast corner of the Expo Building. Please provide your driver's license at the gate to receive a wristbandfor admittance into the lounge. The lounge is open at 4:00 PM on Wednesday and Thursday. A selection of beer andsoft drinks will be available. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted into the lounge. No alcohol will leave thedesignated lounge area.
Free Lunch Service: This show wouldn't be the success without our volunteers. Please thank these men and womenwho will deliver FREE lunches, desserts, and drinks to your booth both days of the show!
Wireless Internet: Complimentary wireless internet will be available.
